counties, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Schleicher and Sutton.

* WHEN...Through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- Rainfall amounts in the watch area of 2 to 4 inches are likely,
with isolated amounts of 6 inches or more possible.
