HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... 28-Mile Wreck, Five Fathoms Buoy, Buoy 2fb, Buoy 4fb, Buoy 3fb, Cape May Reef, Deepwater Reef, Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009, and Wildwood Reef.
