Southern Moore County in the panhandle of Texas... Central Potter County in the panhandle of Texas... Northwestern Randall County in the panhandle of Texas... * WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 209 PM CDT, Flooding in some areas is still occurring. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
