* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Gila County in east central Arizona... Maricopa County in south central Arizona... Pinal County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 615 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1216 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
