At 519 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southwest of
Sawyer, or 17 miles southeast of Minot, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained spotters. At 514 AM CDT, a 62 mph wind gust was
reported 7 miles south of Sawyer.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
