Move livestock and equipment to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 1.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 14.6 feet early Friday morning.
