* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Buena
Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Ida and Woodbury and northeast Nebraska,
including the following county, Dakota.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Recent trends continue to shift the focus for heavier rain
southward, closer to the I-80 corridor. While the latest
forecasted rain totals for the local area are in the 0.5 to 1.5
inch range, uncertainty in the storm track remains and higher
rainfall totals could still shift back north.
