* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northeastern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...
Eastern Sierra County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 400 PM MDT.

* At 1158 AM MDT, A broad area of moderate to locally heavy rainfall
continues to strea up across eastern Sierra County, including the
Upper Tularosa Basin and the Jornada del Muerto. Expect flooding in
low lying areas to continue to slowly worsen, with increasing flows
on area arroyos and draws. Minor urban flooding is also possible in
and around Truth or Consequences.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
