* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast, south central, and southeast
Kentucky, including the following counties, in northeast Kentucky,
Johnson and Martin. In south central Kentucky, Laurel and Whitley.
In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan,
Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Owsley,
Perry, Pike and Wolfe.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Numerous to widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected
through the first part of the evening. Locations that are
impacted by repeated heavy downpours may receive excessive
rainfall leading to flash flooding.
