* WHAT...Debris and ash flows, rock slides, especially near burn scars. Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible * WHERE...Portions of East Central and Northeast Washington, including the following areas and counties, in East Central Washington, Moses Lake Area and Upper Columbia Basin. In Northeast Washington, Northeast Mountains. * WHEN...From 1 AM PDT Sunday through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris and ash flows over burn scars in steep terrain. Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Rises on creeks and streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving storm system will bring persistent bands of rain through Central Washington. Moderate to heavy rain intensities are expected at times. Rainfall amounts will range between 0.50 and 1.50 inches. - This includes but is not limited to the following burn scars: Modrite, Hudspeth, Autumn Lane, Mitre Rock, and in Grant County, Garred Road and Railroad. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
