possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Kansas, including the following
counties, Lincoln and Russell.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and storms producing heavy rainfall will start to
overspread the area tonight and will continue through Wednesday.
