Southern Riley County in northeastern Kansas... * Until 500 PM CDT. * At 1253 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding from showerse and thunderstorms in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
