Turkey River at Spillville affecting Winneshiek County.

.Much of the Turkey River Basin from Garber upstream through
Spillville received 2 to 5 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. The
latest forecasts brings the crest at Elkader lower due to lower
forecast precipitation amounts during the overnight as well as a
slower routing from upstream locations. Much of the uncertainty in
these river forecasts stems from uncertainty in how fast the water
will flow downstream with time.
