For the Brandywine Creek...including Downingtown...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Branch Brandywine Creek below Downingtown.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
