Central Eddy County in southeastern New Mexico... * Until 815 AM MDT. * At 522 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Mesonet stations indicate that between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
