* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At noon CDT, between 5 and 14 inches of rain have fallen over the
last 48 hours. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible over the
next few hours. If heavy rain moves back into this region, a
