* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...In northeast Iowa, Allamakee, Howard, Mitchell and
Winneshiek Counties. In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore,
Houston, Mower, Olmsted and Winona Counties. In Wisconsin,
Crawford, Grant, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland and Vernon Counties.

* WHEN...From this evening through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rain is expected to develop across the region today
and continue into the day Saturday. Some locations may see
multiple inches of rainfall, particularly along and south of
Interstate 90 and north of Highway 18.
