* WHERE...Cheyenne KS, Rawlins, Sherman, and Thomas Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT /7 PM MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will
be dangerous and possibly life-threatening. Poor air quality may
cause issues for people with respiratory problems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Multiple reports of less than 1 mile
visibility in blowing dust between I-70 and U.S. 36 in Sherman and
Cheyenne counties moving eastward
