At 833 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that showers and thunderstorms
were diminishing in intensity and coverage over the warned area.
Radar estimates that earlier heavy rainfall amounts between 1 and 2
inches with locally higher totals have likely fallen over portions of
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
