At 523 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles northeast of Watford City, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... New Town, Four Bears Village, 4 Bears Lodge, Van Hook Park, Keene, White Earth Bay Recreation Area, Charlson, Crow Flies High State Recreation Area, Johnsons Corner, Parshall Bay Recreation Area and Fort Berthold.
