* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Western Sheridan County in northwestern Kansas...
Thomas County in northwestern Kansas...
Western Gove County in west central Kansas...
Logan County in west central Kansas...

* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings could be inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 500 AM CDT, emergency management reported 4.37 inches of rain
in Oakley. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen in the
warned area.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
