Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 14.2 feet Friday morning.
