* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northern Fillmore County in southeastern Minnesota... Northern Mower County in southeastern Minnesota... * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 735 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported numerous primary and secondary roadways remain closed due to flooding across northern Mower and Fillmore counties owing to 4 to 8 inches of rain that fell overnight. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1/2 of an inch are possible in the warned area later this morning into the early afternoon. - Some locations experiencing flooding include...
