* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including
the following counties, in north central Kansas, Clay and
Washington. In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson,
Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen across much of east central and
northeast Kansas through the night. Any additional rainfall may
cause localize flooding. Runoff from earlier heavy rainfall may
cause some rivers and creeks to approach flood stage.
