* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland and northern West Virginia, including the following
areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia,
Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston,
Western Tucker and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rounds of showers with locally heavy rainfall are
expected through tonight. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is
expected on average, with locally higher totals possible. Flash
flooding is possible, particularly in areas that have recently
received heavy rain.
