Southwestern Jefferson PA County in west central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 748 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
