The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Strong Gusty Winds...and Wind Shift with a Cold Front could cause erratic fire behavior. * AFFECTED AREA: In Central WY Fire Zones...283...285. In North Central WY Fire Zones...276...287. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Fremont...Natrona. In North Central WY...Hot Springs...Johnson...Park...Washakie. * COLD FRONT: A cold front will reach northern portions of the Bighorn Basin around 1800. Winds will turn more northerly as the front progresses southward through the evening. * WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY: Ranging between 12 and 19 percent.
