possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Indiana, including the following
counties, Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio and Ripley, northern Kentucky,
including the following counties, Boone, Campbell and Kenton, and
Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Butler,
Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, Pike, Scioto and Warren.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall
will continue to move across the area this morning. If heavier
