* WHAT...Localized flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Chase County in east central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 603 PM CDT, Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen today due to off-and-on showers and thunderstorms, especially across northern Chase County. - Additional rainfall amounts up to around 2 inches are possible in the warned area this evening. - Some locations that may experience localized floodinginclude...
