possible.

* WHERE...The eastern San Juan Mountains and Upper Rio Grande Valley.

* WHEN...Through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Ample sub-tropcial moisture will bring periods of moderate to
heavy rain across the area from tonight into Friday morning
before winding down Friday afternoon.
