At 754 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen this morning. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly due to runoff
from the earlier heavy rainfall.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
