* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Fillmore County in southeastern Minnesota... Mower County in southeastern Minnesota... Southern Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota... * WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1030 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding across the warned area due to 4 to 8 inches of rainfall that occurred overnight. Multiple roadways across the region are closed. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
