Hardin, Jefferson and Jasper Counties.

Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake affecting Hardin and Jefferson
Counties.

Village Creek Near Kountze affecting Hardin County.

For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River
Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Village Creek near Kountze.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water covers low spots on Willard Lake Road
and Village Creek Road near Lumberton.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
