Shoal River near Mossy Head (CR 1087) affecting Walton County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Mossy Head (CR 1087). * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Numerous residences along Planation Lane are flooded at this level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:15 AM CDT Saturday was 16.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.8 feet this afternoon.
