Northeastern Coleman County in west central Texas... * Until 615 AM CDT. * At 308 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area where up to 4 inches of rain have fallen in some locations. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
