* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall earlier this morning continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Northeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 838 PM EDT, Emergency management reported numerous flooded roadways in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall is expected tonight. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
