* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall earlier this morning
continues.

* WHERE...Gallia County in southeastern Ohio...
Southern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio...
Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...
Northwestern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia...
Mason County in western West Virginia...
Northwestern Putnam County in western West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take
several hours for all the water from these storms to work through
local drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 344 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is
ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall is expected tonight.

Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Racine, Ravenswood, New
Haven, Gallia, Middleport, Hartford City, Henderson, Vinton,
