* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...East Central Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Union County in central Pennsylvania... Southeastern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warning area due to thunderstorms. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mifflinburg, Carroll, Woodward, Lamar, Aaronsburg, Rebersburg, Vicksburg, R.B.
