are possible over the Second Flat, Bald Mountain, Egypt, Fox,
Powder River, and Tartar burn areas.

* WHERE...Second Flat, Bald Mountain, Egypt, Fox, Powder River, and
Tartar burn scars.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall is possible during the period of the
watch. Residents near the Second Flat, Bald Mountain, Egypt, Fox,
Powder River, Tartar burn scars should prepare for potential debris
flow. Be sure to stay up to date with information from local
authorities. Heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding or debris
flows in and near recent wildfire burn scars.
