Slow moving thunderstorms are possible throughout the day today.
These storms could produce high rainfall rates, which could lead to
flash flooding. A flash flood watch means "be prepared", and make
sure you are able to receive any warnings if they are issued.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Minnesota, including the
following counties, Martin and Watonwan.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
