Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Jefferson, Orange, Hardin and Jasper Counties. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Texas... Village Creek Near Kountze affecting Hardin County. For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pine Island Bayou near Sour Lake. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water inundates roads in lowland areas near the river.
