gusts up to 45 kt and seas 10 to 15 feet. For the Storm Watch,
northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 13
to 17 feet possible.

* WHERE...Waters from Sandy Hook NJ to Montauk Point NY from 20
to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM EDT Thursday. For the
Storm Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
