Water is several feet deep in places.  * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
