Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late Thursday evening and continue falling to 16.8 feet Tuesday, October 13. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
