Saline County in central Kansas... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 258 PM CDT, Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms produced up to around 5 inches of rain since Wednesday evening. - Additional rainfall amounts up to around 2 inches are possible in the warned area through the evening. - Some locations that may experience localized floodinginclude...
