Southwestern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 749 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Clarence, or 14 miles northwest of Bellefonte, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Lock Haven, Lamar, Mill Hall, Dunnstown, Flemington, Castanea, Blanchard, Clarence, Monument, Bald Eagle State Park, Mackeyville, Howard, Beech Creek, Orviston and Lock Haven University.
