Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Saline and Howard Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Howard, Moniteau and Cooper Counties. ...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Kansas...
