* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin, Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette and Rock. In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha. * WHEN...Through early this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and storms with heavy rainfall rates should linger into this morning, moving through areas that have already received heavy rainfall. Another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall may occur into this morning.
