* WHAT...Flooding ongoing and additional flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
areas, Hardin, Lower Jefferson, Northern Orange, Southern Jasper,
Southern Newton, Southern Orange, Tyler and Upper Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Considerable flash flooding is likely and catastrophic
flooding possible/likely. This risk level is associated with a
significant number of flood-related deaths and most flash
flood-related damages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain in bands from the remnants of Tropical Depression
