* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Houston County in southeastern Minnesota...

* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 239 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly. A Mudslide was reported on Highway 76 west of
Caledonia near Badger Creek. Water going over the roadway at
Beaver Creek Valley State Park. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.
